    Altea is abeautiful village located on the Spanish eastcoast, about 60 kilometers north by Alicante. The town has managed to maintain the reserved fishing village atmosphere, despite the tourism and nearby Benidorms' active night life is just about 10 kilometers away.

While several places have been crowded along the spanish coast with overwhelming exploration, Altea has been developed with a gentle hand by the authorities. Their goal has been to maintain the nature and the genuinely Spanish. Mild winters and a pleasant summerheat makes it the perfect place to live in. The clear blue water gives you a marvelous batheing experience.

In time Altea has become a bohemian place where many artists have settled. The genuine surroundings with whitewashed houses along the narrow and steep streets, varying soil colours, blazing fields of almond, orange and lemon, Japanese medlar and more.
